At Azile Medical, we specialise in providing top quality Medical and Care workers to conscientious and people-centered providers looking to meet their staffing needs. Being a team of front-line clinicians ourselves, who are passionate about people and pride ourselves in sourcing staff who want to provide the best quality care. For our Providers we provide a safe, fair and fully compliant service.
We actively seek out providers who champion patient care, demonstrate a track record and willingness to give back to society; particularly to members of their local community. For our Clinicians, we alleviate the administrative burden of managing their multiple job assignments.
We champion a healthy work life balance and support them in relieving the stress of making enough to pay the bills and care for loved ones when transitioning into a more flexible model of working.

What is Modern Slavery?

Modern slavery is a term used to describe various forms of exploitation that involve the use of force, fraud, or coercion to obtain labour or services from a person. It can take many forms, including forced labour, debt bondage, human trafficking, forced marriage, and child labour. Modern slavery involves the deprivation of an individual’s freedom, with the intention of exploiting them for personal or financial gain.

Modern slavery is a serious violation of human rights and is a criminal offense in most countries including UK. Many organizations and governments around the world are working to prevent and eradicate modern slavery through various initiatives, such as implementing laws and regulations, raising public awareness, and promoting ethical business practices.
