Training
Working with an established and accredited training provider, we are able to support you in completing your continuous professional development modules and complying with all mandatory training requirements. We are able to provide through our 3rd party training provider both online and face to face training in many areas including;
- Mandatory Training – explore our range of CQC and NHS Employers mandatory courses to ensure you are able to maintain excellent standards in your working practice.
- BLS – whether it is your first time or you require it as an annual refresher, get access to online and practical live sessions to stay up-to-date with your mandatory training.
- Care Certificate – become more confident and upskill yourself as a healthcare assistant or support worker by completing the 15 core standards of the Care Certificate with our training partner.
- Practical Training including Prevention and Management of Violence and Aggression, Manual Handling and First Aid.
Compliance
We are able to support you to become fully compliant for work in time for your first shift and beyond. In addition to training, we also provide a host of compliance services including:
- DBS – Have your enhanced DBS completed with us with a 48 to 72 hours turnaround in most cases. We work with the best partners to ensure we are able to offer a reliable and confidential service to ensure you get your disclosures returned and validated on time.
- Occupational Health Assessments – Our occupational screening service provided by our Framework compliant solutions partner will ensure you are provided with a report that is clear and easily actionable. Where necessary, you will be provided with the relevant risk assessment and recommendations to ensure you are safe for work.
Personal Finance Support
Through our unique initiative, we provide personal finance education and community support to healthcare professionals via our Medics on FIRE programme to help healthcare professionals achieve financial independence and retire empowered. Founded by Dr Elizabeth Eyitayo a UK General Practitioner and Personal Finance Expert who recognises the challenges clinicians and healthcare professionals have in taking time for their financial education and plan for a robust financial future.
